Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advanced, or you will be charged 25% of the service. No shows will be charged 50% of the service. You can download the app to change appointments yourself quickly if it is before the 24-hour mark. The phone and email are not always checked hourly as we do not have a receptionist. We have the right to refuse your service if you come to the appointment sick, or make any of our staff members feel uncomfortable with actions or remarks. There are no refunds after checkout of the service(s) once they are completed. Beauty & Grace Salon & Spa, its owner, and their employees are released from any and all liabilities.
